The Directors who comprise the Board are nominated and voted for by the owners at the Annual General Meeting. They are all owners in the DCC100 community. Director positions are unpaid.  Board members meet once a month and manage the  budget, contracts/schedules for required work,  owner applications for exclusive use element alterations,  issues around condo rules and regulations as they apply to owners  etc. The members of the Board aspire to post announcements on the home page of this site as well as a newsletter on this page.
The Board hires a property management company to deal with the day to day operations . The current Property Management company is Eastway Property Management. Check the Eastway page for more info.
