Alteration Form
Before beginning any alteration or addition to your unit or Exclusive Use area of your unit, please take the time to read the Owners' Information Package. It has important information explaining condo terminology, FAQ's , DCC100 Rules, Unit ownership versus Corporation ownership and the responsibilities that come with each. Your second step is to read and complete the appropriate sections of the DCC100 Alteration Form and submit to the Board for approval before you begin. Be safe; Ask Before You Alter!

The Alteration form requires specific information when requesting a change or addition to a deck, fence, patio, walkway, garden or retaining wall. Click on the blue button to download the PDF .
Download, print and complete Part A , PLUS any of the following sections pertaining to your project(s).
Part A : Unit Information Part B: Rear Deck Part C: Patio
Part D: Porch and/or Walkway Part E: Garden and/or Retaining Wall

When requesting a change for windows, doors, roof or any other project not listed in the Alteration Form,
send a detailed email outlining sizes and specifics and labeled drawings wherever possible.

Depending on the nature of your alteration project you may be required to complete a Section 98 Agreement and register it against the deed of your home. Click on the blue button to learn more about Section 98 Agreements.
